FreeYou describe the task that's bothering you. We tell you right there whether it's within our scope — and if it isn't, we tell you now, not three weeks from now.

Diagnostic
PaidWe spend half a day at your place — or remotely by video call if you prefer — mapping what repeats: who does it, how long it takes, what it truly costs. You leave with a written report — what can be automated, what isn't worth the effort, and where to start. The report is yours, even if you don't go further.

Prototype
A first working version you can touch. That's where we discover what we misunderstood — while it's still easy to change.

Development
We build the real version from what the prototype taught us. You see the progress, not just the final result.

Delivery
The tool is live and your people are trained. We stay available the first few weeks — real questions surface in usage, never during training.

Hosting and beyond

Hosting
Your tool is online, backed up, and it's not your problem. No servers to buy, no technician to hire.
Your data stays with you
We host the tool, not your information. It stays in your own systems, under your control — safer for you, and it saves you from handing your records to yet another vendor.
Updates
The web moves. We keep your tool up to date without you having to think about it, and without a surprise bill each time.
Monitoring
We see problems before you do, most of the time. When something breaks, it's often already fixed by the time you notice.
Small tweaks
A field to add, a label to change, a report to adjust. Included. A brand-new full feature, though, is quoted separately.
What if Masko disappears?
That's the right question, and most vendors hope you won't ask it. Our contract states that in case of cessation of operations, your tool's code is handed over to you. You're not held hostage — you're a client because the service is worth it, not because you can't leave.
Our hours, said upfront
Support Monday through Friday, response within 24 business hours. We won't pretend to be available 24/7 — we'd rather you know what to expect than disappoint you on a Saturday night.
