Online ordering and payment system that goes well beyond a single sushi day. The restaurant can now schedule as many themed food events as it wants in advance (sushi, tacos, fajitas, etc.), each with its own dates, dishes and prices. Customers reserve their box from leboke.ca or a Facebook link, pay by card, receive their confirmation; the restaurant gets the order slip automatically and prepares for pick-up. Seamless integration into the existing WordPress site via a pop-up that only shows when a day is active.
Configurable themed-day calendar — the owner creates and edits their events from a 4-tab admin without ever contacting Masko
Secure Stripe payments (signed webhook), automatic receipts to the customer, one-click refund, no overselling possible even under simultaneous traffic
Email alert system compliant with Quebec Law 25 (double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe) — customers sign up to be notified as soon as a new day opens
Automatic opening and closing of orders based on the scheduled calendar (no manipulation required by the restaurant)
Automatic pick-up reminder sent to the customer 1 hour before close, with the exact address, to minimize uncollected orders
Automatic Word reports sent to the owner 20 minutes after close: full list with taxes (bookkeeping) + list without prices (for kitchen staff)
Pop-up embedded in the restaurant's WordPress, activates itself based on state — teaser when announced, full-screen when open, silent between events
Stock hidden from customers (only a reasonable cap is exposed) — the real number stays private server-side
Full continuity clause: client data can be exported at any time in a standard format. No data lock-in.
